Opportunity Zones are a place-based investment incentive designed to channel long-term capital into communities that have historically been overlooked by traditional investment. But we don't believe that policy alone determines outcomes—the people do. As conversations about OZs continue to evolve, the Eastside Opportunity Ventures and our partners believe it’s critical that community voices are part of the discussion, shaping how investment shows up in our neighborhoods. We’re committed to being in conversation with residents, partners, and local leaders to ensure these tools work WITH and FOR communities, not just in them. Have questions about OZs? Join us — let's learn and build together.
